I had full board, and I think the whole vacation was good value for the price. The drinks are reasonbale prices, but better quality in the bar than in the restaurant. Location is great, many shops around and 6-7 mins to the beach. Less than 10 min walk to the train station to Barcelona

The hotel was at the edge of the sea....great views and it had a great beach. The food at the on site restaurant was excellent. The staff was all very nice and Alex was especially helpful in guiding us how to use the train (the station was walking distance away!

It was a quaint little town clearly relying on tourism, mostly locals. Narrow, fairly winding streets. Some nice restaurants, but fairly expensive. Generally friendly service. The beach is on the other side of the railroad tracks from the town itself. Not very crowded. A fair amount of young people at the beach. Clean town.

Characterful large seaside village an hour by direct train from central Barcelona. Nice sandy beach, plenty of choices of bars and restaurants - some of excellent quality. Still has a feeling of community - doesn't 'die' in the off season. Much smaller and quieter than nearby resorts such as Arenys and Calella. Very little noise at night - main road runs behind the village. Parking can be tight but there are two free car parks within 400 metres of the centre of the village.

Sant Pol De Mar is a beautiful little coastal town with a great beach just over an hour north of Barcelona by train.
Not a massive choice of wining and dining places but those that are open are very good, busy, and well worth making a reservation to avoid disappointment.

The staff in general was polite. They had a 24 hr staffed reception. They spoke good English. The dining area was quite large and they had a very good selection of fruits for breakfast, as well as some nice pastries, bread, meats and cheese. Not a bad breakfast considering the hotel standard. It seemed to be a hotel that was also a training facility for hospitality students. The rooms had nice balconies overlooking the ocean. It was a short walk from the main town and the train station.
A great hotel with friendly staff and a large clean room. The hotel is in fantastic location and all rooms have beautiful balconies overlooking the sea. We had a extra large bed that was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the dining room was beautiful as we sat overlooking the sea.
Lovely little village, pleasant Hotel.
Staff very friendly. Hotel is close to the sea with a balcony with sea views.
Parking was easy and dogs are allowed.
The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of variety.
The staff at the hotel were very kind, very responsive if we had a problem and acted fast. The place deserves to be visited again. The location and the sea view from the hotel are wonderful.
