The location was convenient to the centre of Santiago. It was 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and only 5 minutes walk to the bus station.

the staff were FABULOUS, nothing was a problem. They lent me an umbrella when it was raining and arranged taxi to airport including a packed breakfast as I left early.

There is a shuttle service from the centre of Santiago to the hotel but unfortunately I was not made aware of this at the time of booking and even more unfortunately had to walk to the hotel ( after a 16 mile day ) due to a lack of taxis …. However upon arriving at the hotel I was able to relax in great style
