It was an old quaint hotel without all the frills. It was quiet and the staff was wonderful. There are nice restaurants around the area and sites to see. My friend broke his ankle and they went out of their way to help us out with calling an ambulance and helping him get back to the room. They made arrangements for us to take a taxi to Valencia so we could leave and come home.

All staff, especially the Manager Eduardo and the front desk agent Ona who are exceptional,were professional and efficient. The room and all facilities were clean and well maintained. The cafeteria is a good place to start and finish your day.

Wonderful welcome; designated underground parking space although entrance would have been narrow if we had rented a bigger car; lovely apartment- everything we needed. A short walk to bars and restaurants, the supermarket was very handy and just a few minutes walk. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the poor weather. Loved that the area was not a tourist destination-we liked the local feel of the area.

The air conditioning was a joke! We stayed there in mid-July, so the room was hot and stuffy despite the so-called air conditioning being turned on. No use opening the window, either. We were on the second floor, and it was just too noisy.
Conclusion: It was one of our worst nights yet!

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were lovely.

We are used to a minimum 4 star hotel yet this lovely little hotel proves ratings aren't everything and is a credit to its owner and staff.
The hotel is a historical building with large corridors decorated library and having specific atmosphere which we like. Parking on the street. Quiet area, except working days when constructions in close vicinity are running.
Hotel is located right by the main road which is very convenient for a stop. Inside or by the pool you don't realise how close the road is which is nice. Staff was very nice and rooms were spacious and clean.
