Stayed here as we had a morning flight. The area was good and had places to near not to far away.
Included breakfast from 7 -10am.
No kettle or cups/saucers in the room but we were able to get cups and hot water in a jug for our needs.

Beautiful place in an excellent location (easy walking distance to everything but not next to the crowded tourist sites) and stellar hospitality. Luisa and the rest of the reception staff were warm, knowledgeable, and really made a difference in my stay.
