We loved the view from our apartment, looking over the sea to the playa del ingles beach and the maspalomas dunes. It was very quiet and peaceful there. We were staying in the Flores apartments and the facilities there were great.
Everything was provided. Washing up liquid, toiletries, extra towels, dishwasher tablets, tablets for the washing machine, plus a big bottle of water and a basket full of fruit to greet us when we arrived.
We also had bread every morning
The location was excellent with a choice of 2 supermarkets in the shopping mall along with a huge choice of bars and restaurants just across the road. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk away with a choice of buses

The location was just perfect. We didn't even need to put flip flops on top to go to the beach! It was lovely sitting on the balcony hearing the waves roll in. The beach was not busy at all during our stay which made relaxing and swimming in the sea even more enjoyable. There are some great restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and buses across the island are only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious.

Perfect resort, plenty of clean sandy beaches, with some great for surfing and others safe for children. Choice of restaurants some had music in the evening. Shopping centre 10 mins walk with good choice of shops and Spar supermarket, also more restaurants, some again with entertainment. Great bus connections for visiting other parts of the Island. The lady in the tourist office is amazing, speaks lots of languages and is so helpful and gives you great advice on places to visit and bus routes. Great promenade to walk al the way to Play del Inglise and Maspalamos.

I loved the breakfast selection and the dinner was always surprisingly nice! 5 courses! Small portions but perfect! Barbecue and gala dinner once a week! Entertainment during dinner every evening! Really felt an effort was made for our enjoyment. Loved the foyer felt like we well on an old schooner ship. Dark polished Mahogany with brass and port holes! It was like stepping back in time! The resort is old fashioned and very romantic! We really loved it.

San Agustin is a very excellent area and much quieter than the nearby Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas.
There are several beaches nearby with my favourite being at the Spa Hotel Dunas. The beaches are safe. There are several good restaurants and supermarkets. If you want to travel farther afield the bus service is excellent and very reasonable. Also, the bus service from the airport is fantastic. A bargain at just over €3 per person from the Airport to San Agustin No need for a taxi.
I have stayed in Apartments Tarahal 3 times and will certainly stay there again.

San Augustin is a quiet resort.
San Augustin is a quiet resort. It's for people that want to take it easy and just chill out for a few days. It's very easy to walk around the different beaches there and not that far (about 30/40 minute walk) to Maspalomas. There are regular buses which run up and down the coast. The shopping centre in San Augustin has everything you need including 3 supermarkets and quite a few restaurants.

We've stayed at Apartamentos Buganvilla before and really like the location and the superb view from the apartments. It really is a stunning view over the sea and beach.
We really like San Agustin which is quieter than other busier areas such as Playa Del Ingles but still has plenty of good bars and restaurants to offer.
Adults only makes for a peaceful stay.
Really friendly and helpful staff and stunning views made for a great experience.
The apartment was very nice and clean, the terrace had the ocean view. Every morning I was outsite on the balcony waiting for the sunrise while working. You can enjoy the silence and disconnect. It is a great location to work because you can find a very healthy balance. In two mins walking through a private path you reach Playa Besudo, gorgeous black beach. If you don't have the car you can walk to San Agustín. Staff very kind.
This is the 6th time we have stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect for us as self catering. The staff are fantastic especially reception day or night and the ladies who service the room. The room is large with a good size balcony and from the 6th floor, the views are spectacular. The area is quiet but still close to amenities.
Fantastic location right near the beach
Hotel very clean and busy with activities
Huge selection for breakfast
Bus stop right outside and plaza near hotel with restaurants and shops
