Yolanda was great and we enjoyed the welcome food package we received upon arrival. She also helped us with providing information to different locations like nearest supermarket, doctors etc. and was very easy to reach if we needed anything at all.

As 5 star hotels go, there could have been so much more done to make it exceptional. The location is great, pools a bit crowded. Rooms are lovely.
Food options limited and pretty much very same in the buffet restaurant. Krystal menu was a winner and we dined here 3 times over the time spent in Riu. The Oasis menu was disappointing.
House keeping kept the score high. All hotel staff very nice. If you’re looking to spend time at pool and not looking for much more then this is the place to be. I just missed the “extra” touch I normally get from a 5 star hotel.

All you need to relax in one place. Excellent food, friendly staff, beautiful beach just in front of the hotel. Evening live music, jacuzzi, pools, and multiple private spots to sunbathe if you don't like sand on your skin. Shaded area on the decking with flavoured water. Toilets and ATM's everywhere . Just paradise to experience.

Nice location, very peaceful overlooking the golf course, but you need a car to visit the beaches and restaurants. The drive from the motorway to the house is a bit scary especially at night. Once inside Salobre there are seven speed bumps to navigate before reaching the house and this becomes a nuisance. The beach areas, bars and restaurants are for mass tourism and some might find this ugly. On the plus side the sunshine was fantastic. Finally the next door neighbour was banging and drilling a bit to often and when we read previous reviews we noticed that he has been doing these renovations for a long time.

Even for non golfers the place was so relaxing with a huge area for long walks. Don't think it would be a holiday destination for a family. Smallest villas are two bed but furnished with double and twin rather than two doubles which I think would be better. There really are no activities for young children other than the pools at the villas or the larger open to all ones also within the complex.

Very large efficiently run hotel off the beaten track. Ideal if you just want to play golf and use the spa.
Unless you have a car, make sure you book half board as the hotel is a 20 minute drive from the nearest beach resort with restaurants.

Salobe is very peaceful , upmarket and well kept. There is some building work on going to build new villas as infill - it did not disturb us. A car is absolutely necessary as it is probably 15 mins away from any facilities other than an onsite restaurant - very good but expensive - and a small convenience store

We enjoyed the resort a lot and also rented a car one day to go and see Mogán. That was a nice trip but you can also just use the transfer bus for free that the hotel offers.
This property occupies a nice hillside location with both sea and mountain views.
Outside space was private with a good sized pool. Villa is within Salobre golf resort which offers a safe and relaxed area for families.
At the resort entrance, 1 mile from the property, is a spar shop and nice restaurant.
Taxis are easy to book and arrive quickly, a journey into Maspalomas will be around €15.
Our hosts were very friendly and met us on arrival, they were on hand immediately throughout our stay to answer any questions we may have had.
staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. The golf courses were great, a little challenging but really fun. The sunset pool was stunning, very calm and quiet.
bedroom was a great size and beds really comfortable.
The breakfast & dinner options were fantastic, lots of choice! perfect for a very quiet and relaxing week away. we loved it so much we have booked to come back next year :)

With regards of the lack of time. This hotel did actually everthing they could do to restore the villa after the previous visitors that maked it Hard time for them to clean the hole villa.
I'll give them 10/10.
Highly recommend this place for all sorts.
We really enjoyed our time at the villa. The property it’s huge and clean. Very good equipment. The pool area has a separate kitchen and a barbecue that can be use for spending the day with your friends.
I really recommend to book your stay here if you want to visit Gran Canaria. 😊
Beautiful, immaculate villa much nicer than our stay at the hotel Salobre. The interior was comfortable, modern and very clean and Isaias made us very welcome. The pool is perfect with a stunning view over the golf course. Thanks for a fab stay, we will be back!
