Beautifully situated historic hotel where for a slight price increase we were able to upgrade to a balcony room with beautiful view of the mountains. Rooms and bathrooms were lovely and very spacious.

It is a very well looked after hotel, warm and with excellent staff.
Our room was a little on the small side but ok for two people who were not staying long.
Breakfast is included and was ideal served by very attentive staff.

The ski slopes are ten minutes drive away in Baqueira which I can only describe as a concrete wasteland. Although Salardu involves driving and parking for skiing we thought it was a much nicer place to stay.
We had a great stay in Hostal Aiguamog. The village, Salardú, is one of the best locations to discover the valley and is a charming pueblo on its own with many restaurants and bars. The owners (mother and daughter) were especially kind: our 3-year old got sick on the 2nd day of our stay and they went out of their way to accommodate us.
Location in town, the terrace with our room for glass of beer and tea, great shower, car parking, large lounge. The hotel manager’s help and advice on restaurants on a Tuesday in October.
