The house itself was perfect, great location and the pool was amazing. The air-con worked great. Car park was spacious. Everything was super clean and having both beach towels and bath towels was a plus.

Location was excellent, just beside all the major attractions in Ciutadella. The hotel is in a nice quiet street with scarcely any traffic. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Staff were professional and friendly and went above board to be helpful. The room was beautifully cleaned every day. Dressing gowns were also provided.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly. They couldn't help us enough, which made our week stay so relaxing. I would definitely stay again, location was brilliant just 5 min walk from the city but a quiet area.

The bathroom is small but newly renewed and with a hairdryer (not mentioned in the equipment list)
Worst was that it has no air conditioner, just fans.
But overall I would repeat. We were 3 and we stayed at a 4 people xaloc, so for us space was not an issue.
