To begin with definitely the Staff, they genuinely value all the customers who are staying at their hotel. The entire package is value for money, since we had taken the half pension plan. The location is amazing and you get a feeling of having access to a Private beach. All in all was an amazing holiday.

Nice welcome the night that we arrived, even though we arrived quite late they had saved some food for us.

Scruffy, dirty and unkempt area of majorca. The council need to spend some money on this area. No seating areas on the sea front. The beach is dirty. Lots of rundown properties and hotels around area. Would not recommend the area to anyone. Best areas to visit Cala Millor / Cala Bona and the beginning of Sa Coma where the large hotels are.

A very nice area, very good walking on the sea front as it has a good path right next to the beach so several Km. Very friendly shop keepers all looking for sales as the area was just opening up for the season. great stret restuarants and bars in the area, but not loud and crowded..

Their is part of a hotel group and when we arrived we were actually accommodated in the Playa Blanca hotel next door, however all the accommodation is similar and the facilities (pool, bar, breakfast etc) are central and easily accessible from both sets of rooms. Clean, good maid service, very pleasant staff. Very good value for money, breakfast etc was all excellent.
Location perfect, just one street back from the seafront and beach so quieter than the hotels on the front.
the hotel is easy to reach by the public bus from the airport. it has good indoor and outdoor swimming pool. the all inclusive meals are good with different varieties and seafood. I booked at the nearby three star of the same group and was promoted to this four star one due to overbooking of the other one. it is a very pleasant experience in general.
It is relatively new, very clean and right on the beach.
The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly.
The food is very good and fresh. The choice of alcohol drinks is also decent for a 4-star hotel
