The view is breathtaking. Every hour is a different scene. The staff are attentive, kind, accommodating. The service is of a 5-star hotel quality, with the personal charm of a small boutique exclusive cottage. We recommend to book dinner at the venue, the experience of both the food and the majestic view of nature are unforgettable.
And all this is only 15 minutes away from the center of Rupit, the most charming historic village, with an amazing trek to Sale de Sallient (the incredible point view or "mirador").
Set in the Medieval town of Rupit, the family-run Hotel Hostal Estrella offers free Wi-Fi and comfortable rooms. This tranquil rustic guest house is located 19 mi from Vic.

Beautiful room, great location. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant, but we did have a drink in the bar and enjoyed the library. Wonderful breakfast! Meats, cheeses, pastries, bread, choice of scrambled eggs+bacon or other warm options, yogurt, coffee, juices.

Rupit is such a cool town—I totally love this place! The apartment is in a great spot, feels like a chill guesthouse with a common area and fireplace on the 1st floor.
It wasn't too expensive, and it was pretty clean, with all the stuff we needed. The room was small, but hey, we were just crashing there for the night.
The owner was super friendly, really helpful, and quick to respond.

The main advantage of staying at Santuari de la Salut de Sant Feliu de Pallerols is the natural beauty of the landscapes right out of the window, fabulous forest and trails nearby. Rooms were comfortable enough and the place was quiet when we stayed off season. We enjoyed beautiful trails, forest and mushroom picking. Amenities and breakfast were modest but sufficient to enjoy our stay.
Hotel Monumento Can Garay has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Les Planes d'Hostoles. Offering a bar, the property is located within 20 miles of Girona Train Station.
Fonda Finet has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Sant Feliu de Pallerols. Each room at the 2-star hotel has pool views, and guests can enjoy access to a playground.
Rupit is tiny. One main street which is wide enough for one car. Herein lies its charm, which exceeded my expectations. This may be the tiniest village I have ever stayed in. Had we more time, we would have gone on some of the hiking trails. Sadly, we only had one night.

Rupit is a rustic & beautiful village, with cobbled streets and staircases, abd surrounded by natural beauty. The people are very kind & friendly. The restaurants and the couple of local shops are pretty. The hiking trails are lovely.
We did a lovely walk to & along the stream downstairs after crossing the foot over bridge. We hiked up to the hermitage. The entire walk was pretty, very green, dotted with small flowers. We spotted many butterflies, too.

Quaint medieval village nestled in the rolling hills of...
Quaint medieval village nestled in the rolling hills of Catalunya. They do not allow visitor automobile traffic in the village. You must park in a public parking lot for 3EURO per day and walk in to the village. It was about a 5 min walk from the parking lot to the hotel we stayed at and would recommend, Hotel Hostal Estrella. I would NOT recommend Rupit for anyone who has mobility issues. There is a bit of walking to get to the hotel and there are plenty of inclines to pass over while you walk around the village. But if you enjoy walking, it is the place for you. The village offers a glimpse of a typical medieval village in northern Spain. They light up the major sights, the church, the castle ruins, etc during the evenings, so it is very picturesque. It is also great as a base for hiking. They have a trail leading from the town center to a waterfall and a beautiful valley that takes only about 2 hours from start to finish. And from the village there are other beautiful villages to explore about 20-30 mins drive.

We enjoyed our stay in Rupit a lot!
The room was not large but cozy and it was really fresh inside (outside it was about +30 🥵), at night it was quite and the bed was comfortable so we managed to relax.
We liked the woman at the reception, she was super friendly. She proposed we have the later check-out which was very helpful.
The dinner in the restaurant from Micheline Guide "Estrella" was great: the service and the food were amazing. As well as our breakfast in the morning.
This is an idyllic place! The sweeping views are breathtaking. We adored the house, it is beautifully decorated and spacious and time seems to pass more slowly. Great base for walking with easy access to Rupit. The hosts are generous and welcoming.
The hotel location is simply stunning. The view from the room and public areas is breathtaking. The hotel itself is newly renovated very tastefully. Quality breakfast with fine attention to details. Judith's hospitality is extremely pleasant.
Rupit is such a cute village and the location is only 6 minutes walk from the center. The location is good, and it has three terraces to enjoy the setting sun with a wine and some snacks.
