The staff is really nice, the rooms are spacious and clean and it is located quite close to the centre and next to the airport. The breakfast was included and really nice.

Check-in was smooth and very pleasant staff.
Room size is good we had the double room with extra bed and it easily fit also small sitting area.
Bathroom was spacious, comfortable, clean, good pressure of water in the shower (bathtub), as well came with basic toiletries, plenty of towels.

Location is great, close to big supermarkets, mall, big park and not far from the center, also short ride from Tarragona.
Parking is not free but right at the property with elevator and spacious.
WiFi was fine.

Plenty of pillows on the beds (bed and pillows in the softer side, so up to everyone's liking).

Good location although the road seemed noisy despite the double glazing. Breakfast was very good, even had decaf instead coffee!
While it was a little annoying to have to pay extra for car parking it proved to be very worthwhile as there was an accident directly in front of the hotel at about 3am and had our car been parked there it would have been badly damaged or even written off!

Reus is a very charming, unspoilt, laid-back Spanish city in the Catalan region. It really is for those who want to see Spain how it was before tourism changed things in so many other cities. It’s narrow, cobbled, uncrowded streets that wind their way in all directions really are a pleasure to walk. It has plenty of bars and restaurants to give everybody a good selection and choice, but all in a very relaxing atmosphere. Reus is Spain as it was, not how most of it city's are now.

Reus centre is relatively easy to get around.
Reus centre is relatively easy to get around. There are many shops, bars and restaurants. Most areas are very clean although the bus station area is not quite as nice, and it was difficult to find a bar serving alcohol.
The train station is good, but we had to take a taxi as it is a fair way from the centre.
Great hotel in the heart of the city close to all amenities and attractions. Breakfast had plenty of options, room was spacious, clean and cosy. Check in and out was quick, simple, and receptionists were helpful. Moltes gràcies :)
We needed a place last minute as our flight cancelled but they allowed us to take an earlier flight so we went here for one night as our other hotel didn’t have any availability for the day before
