The view from our balcony room, overlooking La Concha Bay was spectacular. The pool and lounge areas were both lovely places to hang out. Rooms were beautifully appointed. Taking the funicular up and down the steep hill to the hotel was a great option to then walk the esplanade and visit the old town. San Sebastián is a beautiful city.

Friendly and helpful staff. Calm area. Direct bus which gets you to San Sebastián in 20 mins. There is a lift in the park behind the hotel that gets you to the town centre with amenities. There is a cafe just opposite where you can have breakfast and snacks. Very friendly staff there too.
Excellent communication with the hotel before our arrival, and confirming we could safely store our bikes.
The reception was great, such a friendly and helpful young lady.

The hotel is conveniently located to reach the city center of Donostia San Sebastián by bus (a bus stop is located nearby) and by car (there is a decent parking in the hotel). Besides, it is pretty okay for the price, being less expensive than other similar places
the apartment is located in the middle of Renteria, close to many grocery stores, shops, bakeries and public transport. The apartment is very comfortable, and quiet. the kitchen is very well equipped.
Great value hotel. Close to public transport (a 10-15 min ride from the centre of San Sebastián via a bus which runs until 11pm), ample free parking and nice room. The service was great too!
