Brand new hotel and you can tell by how new and clean everything is. Oftentimes it's better to stay at a brand new 3 star hotel than an older 4 star. The staff were super kind to us as well. While San Vicente is not a tourist destination (we stayed here because my wife is from this town), it's a good location for those wanting to stay near the university.

It was just perfect! The front desk was incredibly helpful. We had a long 12-hour journey that should've only taken four, he were so accommodating and made everything easier for us when we arrived.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. After a flight cancellation it was nice that they were so helpful late at night booking a taxi for next day. Room was very clean. Early the next morning when waiting for our taxi the safe check we were ok and on the taxi progress.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The location of the hotel was quiet but easy to walk to the city centre; it look about 40 mins to walk to the centre but buses were available if you wish to take public transport. It met the needs for a quick trip.
