Room was big and had a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was clean. The pool bar had decent prices and good drinks. Didn’t try the food. We enjoyed the lounges. The breakfast that is included was really diverse, there were different items every day and it was delicious.

We are an older couple and enjoy a quieter more relaxed style of holiday which Puerto de Santiago gives us. It is quite hilly, but we are fit and healthy and can cope with this quite easily. There are a lot of lovely little restaurants to choose from and quite a few drinking establishments as well. The sunsets and views are fantastic and there are plenty of options for walking too. There is a nice walk along the coast to Alcala if you enjoy a longer walk. You can go whale and dolphin watching from the local harbour if you wish as well. There is a regular bus service to the village if you wish to travel further afield as a well. So if you wish to have a nice quit relaxing holiday then this is just right for you.

Loved it. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loads of little shops full of great souvenirs. People are so friendly and the entire area is super clean. It is just a great place to visit and we go back every year.

Puerto de Santiago has the perfect combination of relaxation and excitement. It offers a clean, well maintained town with fabulous facilities and beaches. There are plenty of lovely restaurants serving local dishes and international restaurants.
Close to volcano Teide for a day trip. A great bus service on offer. The weather was perfect, we had sunshine every day of our stay. Our next stop was Playa de las Americas - avoid at all costs, dirty, unkempt and crowded.

Everything from pool to the room and facilities overall as the resort is is "huge" and you can get the comfort and joy you want through your stay if you are coming with kids or just a couple looking for an nice place to relax and explore Tenerife!
The All Inclusive option is worth every penny as you have a lot of options on food from gluten free to vegan or vegetarian even! The pools are quiet big enough to relax and swimming and also the View from the Fitness Centre is breathtaking!
Apartment cleanliness was outstanding. Heated pool was a big bonus. Beds are great and a lot of room for four people. Washing machine and drying machine really good as well as own garage for rental car!! Bathrooms fulfilled our expectations. Mercadona supermarket almost next to the apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped. Small extra room was nice storage for luggage etc. Terrace was really nice to hang around. Very good wi-fi! Overall best apartment we have visited at Tenerife Island.
This place is simply amazing! Very well located, with good facilities. Everything is perfect: spotless cleaning with a really pleasant fragrance in the rooms; very good kitchen with everything you need; very comfy beds; lovely terrace; perfect private parking and a wonderful pool, and even a laundry room if you need it!
During our stay in Tenerife we stayed in 2 houses of the Home2Book group and we loved it, very professional and kind team!
Absolutely everything you could think of to make your stay comfy was available, down to things like orange juicer to get the best out of local oranges.
One of the rare cases where reality is even better than the pictures, and as everyone else said, the terrace and the view were just amazing.
