Did not use any facilities as stopped for one night only at start of our holiday. Breakfast was good, large selection, everything was available in good quantities, tried all I wanted. Room was spacious and clean. I left my rain jacket in the hotel and only realised few days later. They still had it and were very helpful and quick to respond to messages, my friend collected it for me. Love that fresh smell in the lobby in some Spanish hotels. Thank you

Great facilities, large apartment, close to pool and playground. We were 3 adults in a 3 bed apartment but would fit 6 adults or a family of 6-7 very comfortably.

I really liked the location. Everything is so close to the hotel. The beach is 8minutes walk!!! All the restaurants are nearby. The hotel was clean and they kept our room very clean and organized. I really enjoyed it with my son :-) Also the breakfast was amazing.
Hotel Areca offers a free spa with pool. It is 5 minutes’ drive from Alicante Airport and 8.5 km from the beach. Alicante city centre is 20 minutes’ drive from the hotel.

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and efficient.
Very clean room and great atmosphere lighting in the room (no big awful glaring light).
Restaurant outside was loving and great atmosphere, staff again were very nice.

The staff were all friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much.
Good sized room, clean and comfy beds.
Good choice of food at breakfast and lunch, tasted good too.

Lovely villa , roomy , but very very expensive and although it cost 5000 there we’re hidden extra charges £840 for bedding linen for a week was preposterous and no indication of this before you booked and no option to decline this and take your own , we tried , you could buy new bed linen each week for this
Also under bedside cabinet broken glass and a half eaten sandwich!!!!! - and elsewhere a clump of hair . It is also quite a walk to the beach . Some people might struggle with the noise monitor but it was ok for us. But a lovely villa despite the above but very very expensive with their extras added on
