I loved my stay. It was peaceful and serene. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were all lovely. Amenities were all great. Love the hotel shop. Breakfast was also nice with fresh juice and fruit.

Puerto del Carmen is a central starting point to discover the island. It has all infrastructure, some beaches, but only limited charme, unless someone needs english pubs and fast food. We prefere spanish restaurants. Very good is the the Cofradia de Tinosa directly at the harbour.

Love this resort. I feel totally safe here. Plenty to do and see. It's a happy place. People are really friendly and helpful. Some fabulous restaurants, never had a bad meal during our 10 day stay, so much choice.
Taxis are cheap so it's easy to get from one end of the resort to the other.

Busy resort with lots of bars restaurants to choose from nice beaches and a pleasant walk along the promenade. Be aware though that the old town is very hilly with steep inclines to overcome. Good bus service available. Even had this misfortune of needing a dentist can’t recommend the service highly enough of the London dentist in tias excellent.

The best thing of this hotel was the staff in the restaurant, big shout out to the friendly chefs , specially Tony and Luis and all the lovely waiters/waitresses.
The second best thing of hotel is that is right by the sea and in a much quieter location , 5km/3 miles towards the airport from Puerto del Carmen. Very close to airport . The planes were not a bother. The place feels open , fresh , like being outdoors. My room was very spacious and had a nice bathroom and a sunny balcony. All very quiet and just what I needed.
The staff were helpfull and friendly and all parts of the hotel were always spotlessly clean. The food was always tasty and fresh and the bar offered a vast selection od drinks and cocktails included in the all inclusive package. The swimming pools were great. Location was also great, a walk away to the centre with loads of shops, bars and reataurants, as well as very close to the beach. Also a short distance from the airport. Really can't fault it, had an amazing time and would definately stay here again.
I never do these reviews but felt like we had such a good and bad experience i thought i would leave an honest opinion.
We have been staying at these apartments every year we visit Lanzarote for the past 12 years. Can never fault the apartments itself except when it comes to trying to get a sunbed in the morning. People are like scavengers running and racing as soon as the chain is removed at 9.30am
Without doubt the best hotel I have stayed in and I have been going to Lanzarote for over 30years
This adult only boutique hotel is all you could ask for and more will definitely be returning and now is the only hotel for us absolutely super from start to finish
I absolutely recommend this apartment. I've been at several hotels in Puerto del Carmen but this was one of the best. The location, the room, the swimming pool, the bar, everything was perfect. Next time I come I will definitely book here again.
