My room was spacious, but everything I needed was there (laundry, gym, vending machines, bus stop, restaurant). I felt very safe. Fridge in room. Very helpful staff. Felt like I was on a cruise ship.

At our arrival, it was very hard to find the address or someone to answer. By chance, we found someone and she called and after a long time, we could get the keys.
The price was low of course, but the neighbors were noisy and the sharing kitchen was not good.
Although the price was lower and one should not expect more (47 Euro in September 2024) but the point is that photos on the net was something else and the reality was something else. It is better to show that there is a saloon with 4, 5 rooms beside each other and a shared wc and kitchen.

During my stay I volunteered with the world central kitchen at CAR Centro de Acogida a Refugiados. This facility was right on the rail line that I used to get back and forth to work. There was plenty of places to get a bite to eat. I ate at VIPS many times during my visit. It is very easy to get around the neighborhood via taxi, rail, bus, or walking.
Always be aware of your surrounding when you are in areas where there are a lot of tourists and people. Pickpockets are a problem if you are not paying attention. I didnt have a problem.

This a wealthy town with an inner core of the old village it used to be. It is ideal to visit Madrid as there is a regional rail line that leaves frequently in comfortable trains leading (in about half hr) to the rail stations of Madrid connecting to the underground (Metro) network ideal to visit Madrid and its many cultural and grastonomic centers.

Everything was just like we expected it to be. Breakfasts were delicious, some desserts even changed with in each day which quite surprised me. The place is generally very quite, I really enjoyed walking around the area which also has a small mall nearby with "Carrefour" in it. Staff was very friendly and polite. Summing up, it's just a great hotel and I will definitely stay there my next visit.
The i Hotel is ideal for business in Ciudad de Imagen. It has a carpark if you are driving. It is 400 meters from the light Metro which goes into central Madrid with one change of Metros. There is food at the hotel and several eating places in the locality. The M40 Madrid ring road is 1km from the hotel, so getting in and around Madrid by car is simple.
For an overnight stay with our dog en route from Galicia to the Costa Blanca this was fine. It is a budget hotel in a very pleasant residential area of an exclusive part of the outskirts of Madrid. The conserje was pleasant on our arrival but was the only person we saw during our stay. We didn’t have breakfast.
Broad selection of breakfast courses both from kitchen and buffet. Very clean hotel, pleasant to be in, stocked up mini-bar. Well ventilated room and big bathroom. Service cleans perfectly every day.
Just spent one night there on a business trip. Room has a decent size. Bed is comfortable. Check-in and reception were friendly and efficient.
Just next to the hotel are good restaurants.
