Location was good in a peaceful neighbourhood, beautiful big room which was immaculately clean and had a lovely fresh smell, sea view was wonderful and the bathroom products were of good quality. Pool area was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent and staff were all very pleasant and welcoming.

Clean, modern and in a reasonable location for the beach and to walk into the local town and marina which had a decent selection of shops and restaurants. The walk is hilly so not suitable for all. Nice to have a couple of options on pools with a strong selection of drinks and food. Plentiful, fresh selection for breakfast but a little limited for dinner on the one night we did eat in the restaurant.

The village has plenty of bars and restuarants and is quite quiet in June. Its is reasonably close to Puerto Portals Marina and a pleasant walk to Son Cal and Palma Nova as there is a path the whole way.

The marina down in Portals is beautiful and there are so many fantastic eateries to choose from. This is our second time visiting for 3 nights and we will definitely return. We stayed in the Tomir Portals Suites hotel and it's easy to walk about 10-15 mins down into the marina area.
The beach is lovely too, with a nice beach bar/cafe that does food & drinks.
There's a bit of work being done at the moment along the marina front, but it'll soon be finished and it'll be lovely!

Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to...
Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to chill or use it as a base to venture out.
We rented a car for 4 days and managed to see a number of places on the island with most places only a short 20/25 minute trip away including the city of Palma if that’s your sort of thing.
Area itself has a couple of very nice beaches which we went to more than we thought we would as they were so nice.
We would stay again for sure and explore more of the island

I really liked the pool area ,well laid out and it had a bar and restaurant beside it which worked really well.The rooms were very spacious and clean .The food was very good quality with plenty of choice .The staff were very friendly and helpful .Its a great location with nice beaches and walks and good choice in local restaurants and bars

We know the location well, the marina area is undergoing a massive upgrade. The cafes, shops etc were open. However the noise from the lorries coming and going made our visit much shorter than usual.
The reception staff were fantastic. The pool area was so enjoyable, it was spacious and although the hotel was busy it was quiet. Not once did we have to look for sun loungers. It was a lovely peaceful atmosphere. It is a short walk down to Puerto Portals. Taxis had no problem bringing us back up the hill for less than 5 euro 😄 The breakfast buffet was very good. We did not use the Spa but it did look lovely. There was a very spacious gym with all you could need there too.
This was my second stay at Tomir, the first time was in 2019. I loved it then and didn't think there was any room for improvement but turns out it has gotten even better!! Our room was amazing, bathroom was lovely. Breakfast is the best hotel buffet breakfast I've ever had - so much option and all so fresh and tasty.
Staff were amazing and very friendly.
The new rooftop bar is gorgeous! Everything is just great.
The hotel is really lovely and our room was spacious with a great balcony and outdoor space. The beds were very comfortable and there was a great shower.
Within easy walking distance of some great restaurants at the Port.
The staff are fantastic - we'd like to give a special thanks to Brian, Yossi and Marianna who went the extra mile and definitely made our stay fun.
The location is so central to the marina and town centre - all the things we needed were in walking distance including a lovely beach which a short walk from the hotel. Commute from Palma airport was 20 minutes and the same when we did a day trip to Santa Ponsa. I highly recommend the gold level package too.
