Due to a cancelled flight , I arrived four hours late at nearly 2am. Their friendly night porter saw me arrive and ran down to help me park, safely lock the car park and then booked me in and saw me to my room. Wonderful.
All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was fab Coffee even fabber! Lovely pool and hot tub.
I was there two nights and would happily stay again. Palamos is a great town with lively shops bars and restaurants.....Less "touristy" than the usual resorts which is to be recommended. A genuinely delightful charming building and grounds, kept spotlessly clean by all the hard-working staff.
The historic Hotel Trias is in front of Palamós Beach, a 3-minute walk from the town’s fishing harbour. It offers free Wi-Fi and an outdoor pool with wonderful Costa Brava views.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Made our stay very special. Room very clean and extremely comfortable bed. The restaurant was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Full of locals which speaks for itself. The breakfasts was also very good, with a great selection of hot and cold and again, local produce. A very special place.

Palamos is an active port with many fishing boats, a fresh fish shop in the harbour and museum.
The town has nice walking streets and the best place to park is between the beach and the port. There are some great restaurants, shops and back streets to explore.
There is a covered market and weekly outdoor market on Saturdays.

Big choice in restaurants in Palamos.Bus Station very central, really just a pull in for buses, so no running engines or noise. We took the coastal walk to la fosca beach about 40 minute walk through a forest and up,an incline, but so worth it.Public transport very reasonable.

A lovely town, many shops, an array of restaurants and bars and an extensive beach. All within 10 minutes walk of the apartment.
We ate at a different restaurant every day - there are so many to chose from.

Palamos is traditionally Spanish. Full of character.
Palamos is traditionally Spanish. Full of character. Excellent food - try Trias for Menu del Dia but there are loads of restaurants to choose from. El Castellet overlooking the bay is a great bar Can Joan for coffee and cake.
The town is also known for its Tapas bars - so many to choose from (but some do close in the winter)
Great Tuesday Market.

It is a very dusty location due to the fact that there is a lot of sand/earth area.
The cars get all dirty.
The beach is very windy which raises a lot of dust due to the sand having a lot of small and very dirty stones.
On windy days we are all dirty at any time of the day due to the constant dust.

We were fascinated, that you can still find nowadays such a perfect combination in a lovely old charismatic hostel with a huge terace and restaurant on the beach.) Great location, no traffic, not too far from centre, everybody very charming and helpful, parking close to the hotel in a big private area in shade underneath trees, clean ocean in a beautiful surrounding. Also enjoying a rich and healthy breakfast buffet. Too bad, we couldn't have stayed longer.

This is a fantastic old building with a lot of history. The design is beautiful and the rooms are very nicely renovated. Feels great being in an old place like this. The breakfast is excellent. The beach and a lot of restaurants are very close. Try the KAOS PALAMOS.
Have stayed here on many occasions and these apartments are a great place to stay in Palamos, got all the essentials and the is a Supermarket directly underneath, large balconies, lift, and short walk to everything, beach, bus station, restaurants, bars, etc.
The hotel, the rooms, the staff and everything around it is just amazing!
This is the second time I have been there and I will definitely come back.
A total gem at the Costa Brava!
I was not at all malcontenta.
Fabulous location. Love the apartment layout with the mezzanine floor. Very peaceful, yet the hustle and bustle of beautiful Palamos is just a few minutes away using the new walkway. Would 100% return here.
Absolute beach front. Step out of hotel to a very swimable beach. They make a lot of own produce and the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was simple but excellent
