Parking is secure. Quality of the hotel is good, some furniture is old, but ok. Housekeeping staff are pleasant, but loud, seem to start about 9 AM. Really good value hotel compared to city centre, <20 min walk. Easy access to motorway from Bilbao, and the South.
Hotel Urdanibia Park is opposite Real San Sebastián Golf Club and is within 10 minutes' drive of the city center and the beaches at Hondarribia and Hendaya.

The spacious room was really nice. We loved the balcony (room 201!). There's enough free parking. It's close to the highway. The bathroom was also spacious with a great shower.

If you stay for a few days and want to explore the area and get involved with the local culture then this is the hotel for you.
If you are just passing through and require an early and quiet evening then this probably isn't the place for you as you are above admittedly an excellent restaurant but unfortunately a little too noisy. Great location though with plenty of parking.

We read a lot of bad reviews about noise in the hotel . I've been awake till 6 o'clock at morning and I can confirm that it was definitely quiet ! No any noise from the street or from the restaurant like the reviews says . Amazing hotel ! Easy check in! Comfortable bed ! Beautiful forest view! Lovely staff!
It was great place for me for overnight stay as I was traveling from UK to Portugal. Hotel is small but with very friendly staff and great location just 2 minutes away from motorway. There is a big supermarket across a road.

if you would like to get the bus from the town it’s e02 or e72 and takes 30 minutes costing around €4 return. lovely facilities and staff and breakfast
