This is a wonderfully quirky place to stay with individually designed bedrooms. The owners could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was mainly their own produce. The house is one that their family rebuilt over several years - nothing special to look at from outside, but very well done inside. We’d spent the previous night in a Parador and this wasn’t half as pretentious but much better value and more interesting.

Our room was spacious, tastefully furnished and surpassed our expectations. The ensuite was modern, plenty of towels and toiletries, absolutely spotless, and the water was hot at all times. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were lovely.

Everything. Location, food, staff, rooms.
Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
Super sweet, quiet town. Really great places to stay as well as yummy restaurants. Such a great place for pilgrims to do a rest day. Make sure to have a massage as casa Bhakti healing arts and go to service at the chapel at 7 pm to hear the monks chant!

Nice little stop for a short stay.
Nice little stop for a short stay. There is one lovely little restaurant called Bar Felix run by two lovely ladies who can put on a very good and tasty Menu Dia. Their chicken dinner is the best I have had since starting the Camino. And those ladies are two of the nicest ladies we have met,

An old building, built strongly and in good condition. With interior patios and seating, and a small bar. Situated right on the pilgrim's path. Easy one hour walk into Astorga. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. The staff was outstanding - personable, caring, generous and fun. Not a Pilgrim myself, I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. This is more than a hotel, it is an experience.
A warm welcome into a very clean hotel with nice surroundings. The owners exceeded my expectations on pampering their visitors. Great dinner, plenty of wine & comfortable beds. Well worth the walk past Astorga to sleep for the night as it is on the Camino! Highly recommend!
What a beautiful place. The host was so kind and welcoming, the hotel was beautifully decorated, my room was immaculately clean and I felt so comfortable during my one night stay. It was the perfect start to my camino, thank you so much.
