The room was a bit smaller than the one we had the last time we stayed here. The room is small, but had a chair and table/desk and closet space. the bed was comfortable. The place is clean. The heating worked well. There was a really small fridge. They had an old, rather outdated LG TV that had a simple remote that changed channels and volume. The bathroom is large and the shower was great. We had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, which is quite busy. the food was traditional and perfectly fine and reasonably priced. I love that there's a Spar grocery store attached and right behind the hotel. Excellent! There was ample parking right in front. There's an elevator.

The hotel is a boutique hotel with 9 rooms. They are adequate but not 5star... our room had a problem with toilet door not shutting which we only discovered when we went to bed. It reduced our privacy considerably and should have been checked before our stay. On checking out I dropped some items on the floor and reached to get them. They were covered in dirt where the floor had not been cleaned/vacuumed properly. I paid for a 5star room and got less than a 3star one.
The staff on hand were friendly and helpful and the food was terrific. The chef went out of his way to explain his menu. Breakfast was unique. It all gets served and is an interesting different breakfast.
The views and quiet of the hotel are wonderful
The central management team have not been helpful in resolving my issues with the room which is a great shame.

This was the very best rustic hotel in our driving tour round Spain.
The location was spectacular amid the mountains of Extremadora, the hotel was relatively new and the care and attention to comfort and style exemplary. The infinity swimming pool overlooking the mountains with pool service was so very peaceful and relaxing. We’ve stayed in many luxury hotels and this was amongst the best. Excellent value for money.
Very new and very modern with traditional twist to it, The adjacent bar/restaurant which is part of the hotel had many Spanish in it which always tells us it is a good place to eat and drink, Very noisy loud which gave it a tremendous atmosphere though the hotel part was very quite
Fabulous single room with excellent bathroom and shower. Great sleep and owner stored my bike in his garage attached to the hotel, excellent. Close to supermarket (300m) and to bars. Would definitely stay here again.
This is a highway hotel. Don't expect this to be in a lovely neighbouring town.
Rooms are generous and modern, although a bit worn.
All very clean and tidy. It's a convenient place.
