Mogarraz is a beautiful mountain village in the Sierra de Francia. You can easily walk around and see the village. There was a project to photograph local residents in the early 1970s and portraits were made which now hang on the houses where they lived - it's quirky and interesting, and some residents are happy to talk about it. There is a good choice of places to get lunch and dinner. There are places to buy serrano ham, and a great winery, La Zorra. Highly recommend this village.
Location is fantastic. Highly recommended for those ones looking for a special experience as the village has something to visit you never forget. The village named "Mogarraz" which is recognized for more than 1000 paintings installed over external walls exposed to streets.
Especial thanks to Eli ; owner of house, who was really kind and responsible to us.
Nice and clean apartment in the amazing village Mogarraz. Kitchen well-organized. Fine beds, good Wi-Fi. Unfortunately we had an apartment with no mountainview/balcony (apparantly it is not possible to choose during the booking). But overall we had a very good time.
