Sharon was the perfect host - a quick explanation of everything and contactable but left us to it. The house itself is lovely and there are so many little touches everywhere that really add to the charm. The location is unbeatable in our opinion, right in the heart of nature but close (by car) to Mijas pueblo and Fuengirola. We met Kevin at the end of our stay who was very friendly too.

Pretty little town with white washed walls, plants and outdoor cafes to stop for glass of wine. Cars do go down the narrow roads but wasn't an issue. We stayed in a few places on the actual main square but our favourite was Oscars restaurant for quality of food, service and atmosphere.

The shops are lovely and varied selling beautiful articles. There are a lot of good cafés and restaurants and it is a large village with plenty to do. The people are really warm and friendly. It also has a good bus service down to Fuengirola and beyond.

Perfection in every single way!
This property is by far and above the best accommodation that we have stayed In.
From the moment you stepped through the front door you were made to feel at home. It was perfect in every single aspect. The reviews here are an accurate testimony of a truly incredible property that offers you everything you could possibly wish for. The jewel in the crown is the owner. An is truly amazing! A lovely, warm and genuine lady. Her kindness knows no bounds. An is supported by the lovely Clara and her mother who add the icing on the cake. The panoramic view from the breakfast table is truly stunning! Awe inspiring! To conclude, we thought that this standard of a holiday home didn't exist. We are so pleased to be wrong. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much!

We attended a family wedding, so we stayed pretty much with our family members , there are some nice friendly bars along the front and reasonable places to have food, we started our day at Shack attack, run by a group of friendly staff , food was always good brilliant English breakfast and omelette’s ! We had a Cantonese in what we called the square near the statue of a donkey, that was both reasonable and the best Cantonese meal I had ever! All round a great location with Fungerola 5 mins one way and Marbella 5 mins the other way , some of the younger members of the group ventured to Marbella and said they had a wonder night/morning there partying!

Beautiful village with lots of restaurants and bars to visit. Stunning views and quaint narrow streets and hills. Only managed to try a few bars and restaurants but the food was good quality and good value. Koco Bistro - delicious tapas and cocktails. Fiesta restaurant - barbecued meats. Looking forward to trying more place during our next visit!

Mijas is a beautiful and quaint village with all white buildings. I was amazed how clean the streets, sidewalks were and zero graffiti. It was safe to walk at all hours day or night with no pickpocket worries.
Shops and restaurants were plentiful and the food and people were great.
Lovely spacious apartment in a good location with great views and equipped with everything you require for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Regular bus links to Mijas Pueblo and Fuengurola 2 mins from apartment at 1.55 euro per person. Great communication with Wouter the owner during the booking, arrival and departure.
Excellent would definitely recommend and stay again.
Chsrming family run hotel. Exceptionally clean and beautifully presented. We enjoyed a nice little outside section with table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine. Wonderfully central and a great example of Mijas Pueblo accommodation.
Shower worked well and room cleaned daily. Would certainly recommend. Owners were charming.
Big hotel in the city centre of Mijas Pueblo. The location was perfect for a walk. In December there wasn't a problem with finding free parking slot, but during the high season I would recommend a paid parking.
The staff was helpful and nice, the room tidy and comfortable.
Lovely typical Spanish house in the heart of the village. Mijas is beautiful with fantastic walks and incredible scenery. Highly recommend Mijas and the apartment to anyone who loves Spain.
