Sorry i just give my feedback one month later after returning from Spain. But I think the feedback should be very objective. This is a wonderful night I spent in Belide. For some unexpected reasons I had to change my travel plan so I ask the landlord to help me to book a taxi to the airport. The response is so quick and help me to resolve it. And the apartment is very very wonderful, comfortable, quiet and clean. If having the opportunity I will definitely revisit here. Thank you for everything!

Large house right on the trail, has everything a pilgrim and particularly a group or family needs. Bar and restaurant next door, right on the river and camino path. Good stay!!
We only stayed a night because we were on the Camino.
We only stayed a night because we were on the Camino. We would have wanted to stay longer, the city had many historic places and old churches, but a many were closed (we were there on a Sunday). There was a farmer's market which had many interesting artisanal food. The cafes were bustling - we only had time for churros con chocolate (where we ordered double because it was sooo good) - but there were many food places - bakeries, pastry shops, cheese, jamon, and everything in between. Would love to come back and spend more time in this beautiful city. The city was bounded by mini forests which was a joy to traverse, with the trail dotted by chestnuts.

While we stayed in Furelos, we were a short walk to Melide.
While we stayed in Furelos, we were a short walk to Melide. We loved the food especially the octopus at Garnacha. Additionally, we enjoyed visiting St. Anthony Chapel. There are many stores should you need to pickup supplies on your Camino route.

We were a group of 5 hiking the Camino Primitivo. The apartment was clean and spacious and met our needs. There is a washing machine (but no dryer) and two bathrooms. It's slightly off the Camino track but not enough to be inconvenient if you have had an easy day into Melide. If you are suffering from the hiking, you may find the 500-800m a bit far to be comfortable.
Rebecca, the host, was lovely and clear in her WhatsApp cimmunications and instructions and was available for questions if we needed.
Tidy hotel, very easy to find, great food, brilliant staff, there's a masseuse on call (thank you Luz!) so our weary legs got nicely conditioned for a exploring the town and to continue the Camino. Nice views. Quite quiet. Rumour has it they're building a spa here..! That would be really nice..
