The location is convenient if you need to be near the airport. The airport shuttle was great, well organized and on time. As soon as I checked in the lady asked if we needed airport shuttle to schedule it. She asked for terminal, which I was not sure, but when I mentioned the airline, she checked for the terminal. She also gave us great instructions on how to get back to the hotel from the Puerta de Alcalá area via public transportation, which was metro line 5, bus 77 and less than five minutes walk.
Bed was super comfy and shower work well without much hassle to set the warm temperature I wanted.
