The staff were all really friendly and helpful. My parents were staying at the same time and my dad is in a wheelchair and their step free access and adapted room was great. As I had travelled solo I had booked one of the smaller rooms which had ample storage, a lovely bathroom, was fresh, modern and very clean with a lovely view of el sardinero beach and the sea. The air conditioning is good but not loud and the excellent blackout curtains help with a siesta.
The breakfast buffet is great and the food in the Panorama restaurant was superb and very reasonably.priced.
The staff were all good at speaking English however were also very patient with me as I wanted to practice my Spanish. They were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Had I gone as a couple with my husband, we would have found it equally enjoyable.

Great beachside hotel with (usually) easy on-street parking. It is almost opposite the Magdalena park and is an easy walk or bus rude to the town center.
The cafeteria on tge ground floor is good for a light breakfast or snack.
Hotel El Balcón de la Bahía Suites in Santander provides adults-only accommodation with a pool and garden.

Very nice room with a great power shower and a balcony overlooking the pool. Very welcoming and friendly receptionist - Ana. Local Catalonian cake, fruit, water and tea and coffee making facilities were in the room which were welcomed

Maliano was a nice place , the hotel in a good location, sometimes your flight to England schedule at 10pm and when you try to plead with the manager of the hotel to consider you add little money to check-out before your flight time they refuse and inject you out by 10am.
Good for a overnight stopover stay. Hotel is basic but clean.

The hotel has a supermarket opposite it which was handy.
loves the kitchen, fridge. able to cook your own meals if needed. near to maliano train station and airport. once u checked in online, u can get assess code the day u arrived and it was quick and easy.
Absolutely nothing, expect for the amazing staff, who is unable to help us with anything because their bosses are kinda trash. It’s hard to believe that this establishment is a hotel.
