Location was excellent for us to walk to the commercial centre close by and have a drink and something to eat. Parking was essential and overall it was a good experience for a one night stay before going to the airport the next day. The breakfast was very good and adequate. Receptionists were exceptional and very helpful when I needed them to speak to the car parking company at the airport for me to tell them our ETA for dropping the car off. Would stay again as it's easy to get to.

The Hotel Cisneros is a small, cozy establishment 20 minutes away from the city center on foot, and the neighborhood is very quiet most of the time. The other guests were also very quiet, most of the time. This makes the hotel ideal for a quiet stay with the family.
The staff is welcoming and generously helpful in meeting all our needs - for example, receptionists boiled water for tea and warmed our food for us late at night, when the restaurant was already closed.
The hotel's restaurant offers a good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. They do offer lunch and dinner as well, but we didn't have an opportunity to check them out.
We rented rooms with double beds. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the bathrooms are in excellent condition. The terraces were large and private, very pleasant for having a meal or just chilling.
All in all, it's a quiet, comfortable and pleasant experience and an excellent value for the money.

The staff are super friendly, rooms are a good size and the beds are massive. Breakfast was a small buffet and all the food was fresh, the restaurant was reasonable priced and value for money. Super quiet location
This establishment is next to Puerta de Mártires, a completely central location 50 metres from Cisneriana University and a short distance by foot to the train station.

Terrible small town, with nothing there, I mean nothing! A commuter town for Madrid, but really one (very male) tawdry bar was all that was open. Thank heavens for El Pontifical - the only place worth visiting in this town - great food, hospitality and rooms.
