Everything was great, the rooms are big, even though not too fresh, but really comfortable. The nature on the northern part of the island is cooler and it's not far from the most beautiful views which are located in the East. The pool area and the yard are great, the town has enough shops and restaurants. Even when the parking was full, there was no problem to find a free place nearby.

The view is amazing. Tranquil terrace overlooking the (rainy) sea.

I was using this accommodation as a break from Puerto de la Cruz. Superb views and by sleeping at the back you benefited from the feel of being in the country. The accommodation has everything you could want. Well appointed and spotlessly clean.

Great for exploring the island if you are active vaccationer...
Great for exploring the island if you are active vaccationer-teide, anaga, santa cruz, chineyro, la laguna, punta del hildago, benijo, la orotova…all very accesible by car within an hour. Great for cyclists to ride up to Mt Teide, going thtough La ototova with an amazing view and above the clouds, then still on the way up through very scenic, green and fresh corona forest and then going down to south coast, downhill through rocky and dry surroundings.
The communication was very good and easy, Pablo was supernice and helpful (even with restaurant recommendations), the apartment was modern, very clean and one of the best we've ever had. The location is great (good to visit Los Realejos by foot and very close to Puerto de la Cruz and e.g., San Juan de la Rambla, Icod de los Vinos etc.), it was quiet, had a lot of possibilities to park nearby (for free) and a tiny supermarket just in the corner of the same street. Highly recommended :)
For price bast you can get in area, even no car free bus to Puerto de la Cruz. Hotel its old but nothing strange at canary islands, but cleaning and fresh towels every day. Breakfasts good something different for everyone. Nice view on ocean 👌
Peace and quiet good restaurants step away, but not area for party animals.
We really liked the villas rustic charm. If you like to experience the real Tenerife and want something a little different than the hotels, then this place is the perfect little gem for you.

Not the best hotel for teens. The hotel has mainly residential retiree's vacationing.
A car is a must, as the hotel is quite far away from many things.
