The hotel is very well located and nestled up against the old mine karsts. Rooms are big, the beds comfortable and the shower was good. The rooms decor is very dated but they are clean and have everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is on site. The restaurant had a good menu for dinner. Breakfast the next morning was provided and was as expected for Europe.

An amazing rustic place with lots of charm and the biggest wine press I've ever seen in the dining room. Very quiet for those seeking some solitude

The host was exceptional coming to our rescue when we couldn't make it (we were walking). He showed us around, helped us find food, and even rang his daughter to help translate and plan our onward journey. The apartment was emaculate. The sofa bed was comfortable. We loved our stay.

Close to the business/shoppong streets, little walk to the casco antigua (but not unreasonable). Well maintained property and good breakfast.
Las Medulas is off the beaten track. The hotel is quite large given the size of the village - but I would imagine in peak season would be rammed full.
The sunset views over the hills from the outside tables of the bar - are spectacular
Food ok
But definitely value for money.
Location was good, close to las medulas although it was a shame that the balcony from the bedroom was too small to sit and enjoy the view from. The porch faced the bar area rather than the hills and didn't get any sun. Was also covered in bat droppings.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location but the rest was so bad that we'd rather drive a couple of hours to get to Las Médulas than stay here.
