The food was excellent. The staff, including the person working in the little store were professional and friendly. It’s more of a local/truck stop kind of place that may not be for every pilgrim but I believe it added an extra look into how amazing the Spanish people are

One of the best hotels on the Camino. Elly is a generous host and fabulous cook. Eat your meals here as it is well above standard pilgrim meals.

Camino y Leyenda is on the Camino, thus making it a perfect place to stay for pilgrims. My friend and I were given an ample-sized room with comfortable beds, and the clean shared bathroom was conveniently located across from our room.
My dinner and breakfasts there were good, but Daiana’s homemade croissants are scrumptious and no one should leave this place without eating one!
What I liked most about staying here is that Daiana, her husband, and three boys made me feel as if I were at home. They enjoyed socializing with their guests and this made my stay with them special.

Truly an exceptional stay. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable by Raquel and Roland. My room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The bed was extra comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was amazing! I have stayed in four of the famous paradores, but would return to Hotel Boutique Finca esencial before any of those.
Very nice private rooms with en suite bathrooms! Loved being able to open the window and hear the stream and cowbells in the back of the property. I had lunch and a drink at the restaurant downstairs and the food was delicious, only wish I could have had breakfast there as well! Great spot to stay on the Camino in Las Herrerias!
Just at the entrance to Las Herrerias, right on the Camino route. Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony and restaurant/bar terrace, overlooking cows and sheep and with the view of the village to the right. Great menu with veggie options
this is a small hotel which is in a lovely location right on the Camino with breakfast options and a good menu del dia at lunchtime and in the evening -the room and bathroom were really nice
This is a tastefully remodeled and well-run hotel in a delightful village. Maria, the owner, and her mother (Maria as well) are wonderful hosts and cooks.
