The spa was great and was open before and after check in/out times which was wonderful and gave us a lot of flexibility, if open a bit later it would be exceptional. Checkin time is very early which is great! The breakfast was great! but finishes a bit early (as in other hotels).

Beautiful looking villas surrounded by luscious and meticulously kept tropical landscaping. The hotel is spread over quite a large area with a lot of hills, but the staff will happily chauffeur you to your room in a buggy as often as you like. This is a pro for me but maybe a con for others - the hotel is very quiet, relaxing and tranquil, even moreso in the evenings. Do not go there to expect to party/socialise but to enjoy peace and relaxation. We booked a standard room and this was the largest standard hotel room I have ever stayed in. It had 2 floors, 2 showers, a bath, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Terrace accessible from downstairs is the same size as most modern hotel rooms and featured a sofa, coffee table, dining table and two loungers. All with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Upstairs also also had a balcony. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. WiFi in the room was great, and generally good across the whole hotel complex. In short, the rooms are amazing. The hotel has 3 pools on 3 different levels in the centre of the hotel. There was no problem in getting a lounger directly at the pool at any time of the day. Pool and it's surroundings were very clean and the loungers very comfortable. Parasols available for every 2 beds. Pools get sunshine throughout the day without almost no shade. Overall, pool. experience was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Food was good to great at the 2 restaurants, we never had a single bad experience dining. Perhaps the best thing about the stay was the staff. Every single member of staff is courteous, obliging and friendly. They work exceptionally hard to make you feel that you are well cared for in their hands. I would especially like to thank Anastasias at reception; Fernando and Hugo our bellmen; and Juan, Giselle and Diego at La Torre who delivered a custom birthday cake to my son which made the evening very special.

Outstanding breakfasts in a beautiful room

The property itself was pure luxury and excellent. However, the staff made it that much better. The hospitality we experienced was something else. Ruyman, Samir, Gabriel, Victor and everyone else made our stay so exceptional it was hard to leave!

A nice cozy hotel at the mountainous region of south Tenerife. It is set in a nice, relaxed, calm place. Great to access the Teide national park. The beds were comfortable, the room spotlessly clean. The staff were nice and easy to communicate with. All in all recommended.

Love the vibes with the music. Staff is ready to answer your questions and lead you the right direction.

Location is truly unique. Restaurant was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the view from our room and it was fairly easy to walk down to the beach. The pools and the grounds are beautiful. The breakfast had lots of options and one of the best we have had at a resort. Offering free parking is a plus too.
