Everything. So welcoming and staff were so helpful. From door staff, reception, cleaning, restaurant - staff were professional. Rooms was great. Bed was comfortable.

Room was very spacious. Location - overlooked front of hotel so needed to make sure all windows were shut otherwise rather noisy with traffic. Bathroom was well lovely except for the lighting over the bath/shower area that was non existent. We didn't have breakfast included (our choice) so can't comment on that.
