The staff went way above their way to make our stay wonderful. The woman at registration spoke minimal English but enough to communicate and she was a sweetheart that gave us fridge magnets of the town when we checked out and assisted the staff at the restaurant with translation to get us the most wonderful breakfast. Just happened to get tired and found this gem of a hotel and town on our way elsewhere. Would stay longer in a heartbeat

Happy stay in small farm house Alfonso’s parents lived in during summer months. Lots of space/ garden outside snd two patios. We loved traditional salon - family mementoes. Alfonso and his neighbour were really kind and friendly. Very close to historic Jerez de los Caballeros - wine and tapas while watching lesser kestrels dart from church towers. I am allergic to chemicals. When we arrived at the hotel the room smelt strongly of bleach. I asked if we could have a different room but they were fully booked. We had to leave- my reaction was too strong. I was told I would receive a refund as we hadn't used the room. It never arrived.
Room was more than adequate. Great stop over hotel on our way south. Parking opposite hotel. Breakfast bought in the popular hotel bar, which serves usual Spaish breakfast fare.
The hotel was very Spanish and beautiful .
It was spotlessly clean and staff couldn’t have been nicer. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
