It was perfect for us. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very nice. The Parador is lovely, with a beautiful restaurant and the option of a Coffee shop. The breakfast was 5-star service. We were very happy with the Hotel, and we will definitely be back.

The hotel is newly renovated and smelled new! The room was quite big, nothing super fancy, but very clean. They have a nice patio outside and welcome drinks. They have board games in the breakfast room for guests to enjoy at their leisure too. It would be a great place to stay with a group of friends or traveling alone, like I did. Breakfast was homemade - fresh WARM croissants and pastries, juice, water, and a hot drink of choice.
The hotel is well located on the main road thro' the centre of town, parking right outside if you're fortunate enough to happen upon a space. Our room was very smart and clean, as was the linen, towels etc. No English spoken by the staff, but we get by, and the staff were generally very friendly. Ample breakfast buffet. Only one night so didn't get to sample the spa etc.
Superb evening meals and extensive breakfasts, both featuring many local dishes and foods. The restful “clappering” of the White Storks displaying to each other on their nests in the trees just outside the hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Above all, the ambience of living in a medieval castle, yet with critical mod cons like a lift!
