Easy parking, booked this hotel as a base to visit Madrid and the centre of Guadalajara. The staff were generally good but all were over worked at times. The saving grace for the hotel was the lady receptionist who spoke English and was exceptionally helpful.

Everything in the hotel is very clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel is located in the city centre (the pedestrian zone). Wi-Fi connection is free and the signal was very strong in my room. There's also a smart TV in the room.
Beautiful small town, an emerging city kind of. If you are Muslim traveler, there are many shops for halal food. We ate in Curry house, Istanbul Kebab, Carlos pizza etc.
So many parks for kids. and the zoo is very neat.

This is a typical (former) Ibis Hotel. It's on the outskirts of town in an light industrial area

The staff were fabulous we had an incident of a flooded bathroom and it was immediately dealt with to our satisfaction.

There is a bus service to town but it would need to be researched to find where it actually goes and how you get tickets
The modern hotel reception was lovely and the staff very efficient and friendly.The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom had everything you need .The walk in shower was powerful … lovely. At breakfast there was s good choice and it was great to see a decaf coffee machine.
The staff is very nice and accommodating.
There is free parking next to the hotel, close to the City Police Station.
A great bonus - there is a supermarket just next door.
It's a very comfortable and modern hotel with a car park and we were able to park our motorcycles outside the front where it was all monitored by cameras.
