Really spacious and comfortable room. Have not particularly extensive experience of stay in "boutique hotels", but from the limited one I have this usually means nicely and reasonably comfy rooms, but with everything on a smallish side. In this aspect this boutique was really a nice surprise.
The location is practically perfect - very close to bus station, and with the centre of city also in easy walkable distance (around 1 km or so, also nice area for walk).
Likely will consider staying here again.
