Great location, view of the beach and staff communication was excellent prior to arriving. The streets were closed due to a cycling event and they advised to arrive before or after the event. This was very much appreciated.

I liked the location, the staff, the rooms and the building. Despite being at the core of the historical city centre, it is a very quiet place. My family and I got rooms with lovely views to the plaza and church. I certainly would return if I have the chance.

The towels are pretty old.
The air conditioner stop working at 2am, we couldn’t reset it, they don’t leave the remote controle inside the room!!! I’ve to go all the way back to the reception, because there’s no phone in the bedroom either!!! they are the only ones, who has access to the controle. I asked if they could give me, he replied to me there was nothing he could a party to reset the air condition, I had ro wait 5 min in the middle of the reception at 2:30am to see if the air conditioning was going to work or not! I asked what happened if it don’t? He sarcastically replied: “if it work it work, if it didn’t work it didn’t!”after paid more that £100 for this place! How can someone who works as receptionist treat a customer like this? I then ask if it was possible to send the maintenance man to check on it. He told me he was on holiday!!!! Then suggested the key to open the window! Afterwords we couldn’t sleep, the air conditioning didn’t work, and when we opened the window, the room was more hot that Brazil
