Room was comfy and quiet. Parking was excellent. friendly staff. Really excellent meal at night. Ideal stopover for the ferry the next day. It took less than and hour to Santander.

this area is good to access the ski Alto Campoo and explore near by parks, and towns. We bought food in local supermarkets and ate at the apartment, the closest town is Reinosa (8/10min drive) , and has pharmacies, Lidl; Mercadona and it's easy to drive around with good roads and signs (we travelled in early April - no snow so it was very safe)
we enjoyed the scenery and the horses everywhere and also the Ebro river.
