The pool area was beautiful, though we did not have time to use the facilities. The entrance was nicely decorated with beautiful art. It was clean and comfortable.

We liked the hotel concept. Very clean and discrete. We just used it as a stop on our way to MAD, but we were pleasantly surperised and enjoyed the facilities.

The description for the location said city center- It was not even in Madrid. It was a 58 euros taxi ride from the Atochi train station. We asked for hotels with breakfast and we were charged q0eutos pp per day. This inexpensive hotel ended up being VER EXPENSIVE. First 3 of our 6 days they would not allow my sons guide dog for the deaf in the dining room for breakfast but would allow her in for dinner

When I called from the metro station near the airport they came to pick us up within 10 minutes which was great. They were very cordial and helpful. I liked the fact that I could catch a shuttle to the airport at 4:00 a.m. with no problem.
