Very welcoming and very helpful women in charge of a family operation; not much English spoken but great attitude and helpful with parking. Nothing fancy but everything clean, decent bed, good shower, quiet room. Uphill from the center of town but comfortable walking distance. Great value in the appealing town of Cazorla.

This is a lovely small complex of holiday homes. Very friendly staff, easy check-in. Rooms very clean, beds a bit soft for me, but that is subjective. The apartment was large but simple, but had all we needed for a short stay. Great breakfast, although staff could be quicker cleaning tables from guests who already finished, and refilling items which are out.

Las vistas y las instalaciones. La cama muy cómoda.
Beautiful old city with incredible views. Do not drive in the town, just walk! Streets are narrow and diesel fumes are pervasive. Walking tours are fun. Lots of places to shop, eat, and just sit and watch people. Trails and roads up into the mountains are easily found. In 5 minutes you can be in the mountains with a stream, forest, and incredible views over the town. I love it here! The Hotel Ciudad is a great gathering place.

Cazorla is a beautiful town with many tapas bars and restaurants. There are a lot of good walks in and around Cazorla and the National Park. Having visited in previous years, the signing of the walk routes has improved although they could improve on the route maps provided which at present are less than comprehensive.

A great town with friendly locals and many, many bars, cafes and restaurants and different prices. We really enjoyed the atmosphere in the old part of the town. We ate at several places, in particular we had a fantastic dinner at Meson Leandro and great lunches at Hotel Sercotel Ciudad de Cazorla, along with great tapas at several places. We had breakfast cafe at Cafe bar El Paso, not far from where we were staying. The small botanical garden in the middle of the town was lovely for a stroll and to while away a couple of hours surrounded by nature.

Cazorla is a very nice, historic little town between mountains surrounded with nature parks and endless olive tree yards. Walking in the town is up and down but not far in each direction. For those who prefer more cameral and quiet climates - lower downtown around Plaza Santa Maria is recommended. Centre around Plaza de la Constitucion is more busy and noisy with bars, restaurants and shops. Further uphill (to the north) the town changes to typical residential architecture 70-80's. Nothing special. Cazorla is perfect for 4-7 days stay. It's worth walk some of the trekking paths uphill the town and to visit the castle with a nice guide. Make a call to book day/time. Cazorla is unique because of its history and location. Also good base to explore not too far places without relocation every 2-3 days. The only drawback of Cazorla are limited public parking places. Very narrow streets does not make it easier. It's hard to find a parking place. But this is probably a problem during July-August high season. Once you get the place don't move if you don't have to. You can get everywhere walking. You should also spend 1-2 days outside Cazorla. Don't miss to drive to Rio Borosa which is about 1,5h drive a scenic road. There is big parking to leave a car and have walk on picturesque trekking path along the mountain river with many places to swim and to enjoy relaxing stops. It's also worth to visit Ubeda, another historical town, famous of ceramic craftworks and artists (like Paco Tito museum, workshop and shop), the Basilica, and more. Check on Tripadvisor.

Great location as long as you are prepared for the drive to Cazorla itself. Perfect for the national park.
Beautiful gardens and pool to relax in. Especially liked the wooded avenue down to the pool.
The staff were very helpful with our late night arrivals, and even recommended groups to see at the Cazorla blues festival.
Very quiet at night and in general.
