the staff were friendly. The accomodation was a little off the route, they kindly offer a service to drive us back to the Camino route.
We arrived by bike, so security for them was well taken care of. The owner and his wife were extremely kind and helpful in sorting out our onward journey. Castrojeriz is a delightful, ancient village - lots of charm and a warm welcome for visitors. Can thoroughly recommend the "One hundred Leagues" if you, like us, are following the Camino de Santiago. Well worth a stop.
Lovely staff. First hostel you come to when arriving in Castrojeriz. Only 1 year old so nice & modern. Brilliant kitchen facilities. Big communal area with sofas.
