Castejon de sos was simply on our way with nothing to recommend it, we needed somewhere to stay and picked this place
it’s a small hotel, unusual in its layout that a few rooms are duplexes or even triplexes. ours was such with a large living area + kitchen on the first floor, bedroom + shower on the second and 2 kids beds in a gallery level (we didn’t need or use those). the kitchen was more than a kitchenette , was well stocked equipment-wise, and we used it to prepare a full breakfast.
the staff made up in friendliness and eagerness to help what they lacked in English.
would also add that although street noise isn’t an issue anyway in these tiny towns at night, this place is set well back from the street and is very very quiet, excellent for light sleepers.
With plenty of rustic charm and a fantastic village setting in Aragonese countryside, this boutique hotel is built in traditional wood and stone.

The location of the hostel in the town is good, the building is beautiful, made of stone and everything was very clean. The environment is very beautiful and the town too.

The rooms were very clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Close to lots of hiking paths and has an amazing restaurant that we ended up eating at almost every night as the quality was spectacular and the price very reasonable.

An unspoilt small village, but be aware some restaurants are not open every day and many only open at 8pm.
We ate in a few different places and food was good and staff were both helpful and friendly in all.
Nice long and short scenic trails, but ensure you take a map of the walks with you as there are many variations of trails and would be easy for inexperienced to take the wrong routes when returning.

We were stuck after the road we were travelling on turned out to closed which required a one hour diversion which at 7pm in the pouring rain on a motorcycle was not gonna happen.
We booked a twin room from a mile down the road. The hotel is wonderful with some lovely antique furnishings and wonderful beds.
Restaurant is rustic and the food is delicious.
The owner is a very friendly and helpful.
She saved us from a nightmare!
When we arrived at Castejón De Sos, the place was extremely easy to find, as it’s pretty central and it was easy to Park. Furthermore, the check-in was super convenient and it was easy for us to drop our luggages to then take the road and discover Benasque. Finally, the place was clean, in good condition, which was perfect for us to stay over the night and enjoy the end of the Olympics on the big TV in the living room.
Very clean property and very helpful staff. The room was pleasant and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good although not a huge selection, what there was was nice. Proper coffee - always welcome.
Secure parking for our motorbike at the rear of the hotel. Ideal for a couple of nights’ stay.
