We booked this hotel as a last-minute thing because we had to cancel our previous hotel. Which was absolutely terrible and really put us off staying in Zaragoza. But then we came across this gem. EVERYTHING about the Diagonal Plaza was fantastic. We arrived quite late in the evening around 10.15. The reception staff were fabulous, welcomed us, and got us checked in very quickly. We got the car parked in their underground secure car park. The restaurant staff were also very welcoming despite our late arrival, and the food was excellent. Breakfast was unbelievable and of very good quality. The room was also very well played out, clean and very comfortable.
Hotel El Águila is just off the AP-68 Motorway, 8.1 mi from central Zaragoza, the trade fair center and airport. It has a sauna, and offers free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Great location; lovely views! Spacious, immaculate, well supplied. There was even a washer. No dryer, but a nice fold out rack for drying and an outside line, if you’re brave enough to hang your laundry 8 floors up. Iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, dishwasher. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster. All these things made the apartment as comfortable as home.
Just a 5-minute drive from Zaragoza Airport, Eurostars Rey Fernando offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and a restaurant. Each stylish room has a flat-screen TV.

We've stayed here a good few times as the perfect stop over when traveling through Spain, easy to find just off the motorway great value for money with large spacious very clean modern comfortable rooms with friendly staff and very good breakfast now including scrambled egg and bacon along with the usual choices.
