Quite a remote location, arrived on a public holiday so the area was very quiet. Check in was good. As we had no Wi-Fi we had to call them to get entry instructions, they were very accommodating. They provided lots of free extras in the kitchen, bread butter jams cakes, tea coffee, which was a welcome surprise as there was no shop or restaurants open or nearby. Our room had a king size & a single bed which were very comfortable, but there was no window..the bathroom was modern & clean with a lovely view of the mountains. For our one night stay it was a good choice.

A very nice hotel en route to our final destination. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, including the bathroom. Towels and toiletries provided. Good off road parking.

We did not feel welcome.
Had to search for a receptionist to book in.
It was really a truck stop.
We had to search the streets to find something to eat.
In the morning.
The breakfast room was full of road workers, milling around in hi vi's. We struggled to get served. Miserable long faced staff.
We were glad to leave.

We have been using this hotel for many years as we travel from the Alicante region to Bilbao, or Santander ferry ports. We have always found the staff friendly and helpful.
The hotel rooms are always clean and fresh on arrival.
The restaurant is typically Spanish the food always very tasty and varied.
This hotel just a great overnight stop.

Comfortable stopover en route to Santander and the second time we have stayed here. The room had air conditioning which was essential in the 36c heat. Beds and pillows were most comfortable this time. Bar was very atmospheric as always and breakfast was as expected. Staff were friendly and we managed to communicate well despite the language barrier.
There was not a vegetarian choice on the menu but they managed to cater for us nevertheless and that was greatly appreciated.
Parking is free and on site.
All in all a very good stay and with such convenient access to the motorway. Great value for money and we will stay here again in the future.

A very clean and we'll maintained hotel.
A very clean and we'll maintained hotel. Accommodation good for a quick stay. Good value.
It would help if the afternoon staff had been a little more welcoming and not so brusque/grumpy!
It would have had a higher rating if one towel had been provided for each guest, instead of having to share!

Friendly staff and particularly helpful with making allowances for our two big dogs. Allowed us to take them in the restaurant, as long as not near the other diners. Our room was modern, clean and spacious. Can definitely recommend it if you have dogs with you.

A very pleasant stay, good size room and very comfortable bed. The great thing for this time of year is that the hotel has central heating and everywhere in the hotel was nicely heated.
We ate in the restaurant, menu of the day, it included wine and was very reasonably priced.
The tostados at breakfast were good as was the coffee.
Fantastic location just off the main road halfway between Santander and our house in Jalon ( Costa Blanca )
We always stay at this hotel both journeys to and from the ferry port and stay 5/ 6 times a year and always good the hotel restaurant is excellent, great food and service and fantastic value for monty
the location was very good in the centre of carinena the parking was good the facility for charging was very poor in fact we didn’t manage to charge our EV the supplier was Wenea but everything was there but not available and the helpline number on the casing had not yet been allocated so useless
Traditional Spanish hotel but modern bedrooms & facilities. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Menu a La dia is superb , bottle of wine, bread, 3 courses of simple but very tasty food. Only 15 euros each .
The traditional Spanish style of furniture; not plasticy like many hotels. Room was very clean and quiet. Lunch at the restaurant was very good. Easy to find and near to the small town centre
