All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the quality of the food and ambience in the restaurant was exceptional. We really liked the layout of the balconies and facilities in the hotel which meant that there were lots of view points and opportunities to enjoy relaxing in a beautiful environment.

Sergio and Karen are great hosts. Nice hostel, clean facilities, great WiFi. I also went on a hike with Sergio https://sergiowalkingtours.com/en/
Which was a great experience. He’s very knowledgeable about the geology and plants in the area.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms very comfortable, breakfast had many choices, location was great, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of cozy interior public areas and a small shop. Located in the center of town with easy parking and close to beaches, restaurants, shops and hiking trails. We loved this hotel and quaint town.
Set in Santiago del Teide, La Casona del Patio offers free Wi-Fi. Located 5 minutes’ drive from Teno Natural Park, the air-conditioned hotel features a restaurant and impressive views.

Attractive hotel with a friendly, efficient staff and a nice restaurant. Breakfast buffet was very good, too.
5 star hotel facilities and accommodation, lovely spa.
5 star hotel facilities and accommodation, lovely spa. Spotlessly clean. Very attentive and friendly staff, we wanted for morning. Chilled from the moment we arrived. Lots of small kind touches, free snacks in lobby, welcome drinks, free shuttle service to the semi private rock pool. It was just a wow!! Our second visit and it’s one of the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, the staff team were so friendly and helpful especially Ixstha at the pool bar who greeted us every day with a friendly hola. We have stayed at many hotels over the years and this is definitely one of the best. We enjoyed the live music in the courtyard at the weekend evenings, the wonderful food, relaxing atmosphere and how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. We have come back to the UK rested and relaxed.

This is a hotel for golfers, if you’re not a golfer or have not rented a car, there is very little to do , the hotel is isolated in the middle of nowhere.
Having said that it is a beautiful hotel with lovely views.
My wife being coeliac requires gluten free food, the chefs bent over backwards to make sure she hade the food of her choice.
The staff made sure we wanted for nothing, our suit was kept beautifully clean, with an evening turn down service.
Being in our late seventies we enjoyed a relaxing chilled out holiday, Tenerife was the third of our island tours and this was certainly the best hotel we stayed in and a big thank you to Lucuia and Carmen in the spar who helped my wife out so much, you are both wonderful ladies.

A quiet, authentic place with some restaurants around the main square and a few groceries. Ideally located for walks in the near southwest and further in the northeast. The buses (main station) have good connections to villages all around. There is a nice 18 hole golf court right by the sea.

We really liked this town.
We really liked this town. It was much more 'local' than for example 'Garachico'. Obviously there are plenty of tourists everywhere in Tenerife but this town was not completely taken over by the industry ...

I have not seen a knife grinder on a bike since the 1960s, but that sums up this delightful town. The sea is wild, even on calm days but the sea walk by the golf course is recommended, as is the walk up the dramatic cliff road. Customer service in the town was surly. But there were good restaurants further up the valley in El Palma, where the mini-market photo of the baby feeding directly from a goat was not ancient history!

I love the patio and the kitchen (open for the patio). There were hammock and few tables to eat breakfast or just chill.
The localication is great. In the center of Buenavista del Norte, not so short but nice distance walking from the ocean.
I have window to patio (room number three), so i was quite.
Common kitchen is fully equipment even with tea, olive oil etc. There was a washing machine also and place to dry clothes.
The shared bathroom was very clean and comfortable.
I like the athompshere of the small city.
Came to Tenerife for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday. We wanted to relax and so booked this place. It's a really lovely place. Very big but also quiet. There is a small spa (€ 25 for 90 min) and two big pools. When we were there in December, the water was a bit cold but still ok to swim. We also had dinner in the two restaurants and tried the buffet several times. Buffet is a bit of a hit or miss. Especially if you are vegetarian. You really need to have a car to get here. Staff were all very friendly.
great location, great host, literally on the road from Masca, still high up in the mountains with awesome views and sunsets. the house itself is nice and welcoming, nothing fancy, but u don't go to Tenerife to spend time inside a house. we'd happily go back and recommend to anyone this place.
Conveniently located for the centre of Buenavista del Norte.
Parking available on the street. Less than 5minute walk to a large supermarket and a nice pizzeria.
Less than 10minute drive to Buenavista golf
