The house was roomy and atmospheric. The facilities were exceptional.
It was a short walk up the hill into the village or across the road was a rural footpath over the river and into the town.
Alfie (8 years old) says - When we got here the house was huge. It has 3 floors and 4 bedrooms and two people can sleep in them. The dining table chairs were like thrones! There were 7 balconies. There were 3 comfy sofas. We had 2 sets of cards and a card table. Downstairs there was a pool table and a basketball and outside a basketball hoop. The showers are nice and squirty!
Jo ( aged lots of years) liked the kitchen and the roomy bedrooms. The bathrooms were lovely.
We pre booked the car park 3 for the Parrizal walk and drove to it and arrived as the first car at 09.00 hrs. Grandchildren 8 & 11 years and parents and grandparents all thoroughly enjoyed it. We could not get a booking for La Pesquera natural swimming pools so do book early but this was peak holiday season. Beceite was really over full and so if we returned we would prefer a June or September visit.

You can overlook the town and mountains from the balcony. The bathtub has its own massage function. The mattress and pillow top are very comfortable. The bottle of champagne given by the owner was very nice, with a hint of honey.
There is no lift, but it doesn't matter. Leave your luggage in the car and take what you need in your backpack or handbag.

The town can be over full in August so try to plan for earlier or later in the year. The walks are still delightful in August and not too busy.
It is probably best to shop in Valderrobres before you get to Beceite or bring food or pre book restaurants.

First of, Sonya is an exceptional host! She cares about her guests, gives recommendations and tips, and you can even have a bite to eat in her lovely Ca La Mati bar. The apartment is in a nice location, fully equipped and wifi. Within walking distance to restaurants and bars. I would totally recommend to anyone going to Beceite to stay in her apartment and discover this amazing gem called El Parrizal de Beceite. I am sure we will go back.
Absolutely fantastic hostel, one of the best I’ve stayed in, facilities were really clean, homely and cosy. The host was lovely and gave some great tips about the local area, good bars and restaurants and places to see. Beceite itself is a very sweet little town with very narrow steep streets and it’s surrounded by great scenery.
Nice location in the heart of Beceite. The family that runs the place is super nice and helpful, they give really good advice on activities to do in the area. Shared toilets and showers are new and clean. Breakfast is pretty good too!
The village is beautiful and unusual...definitely one of the most different places we have stayed on our trip.
The hotel is very comfortable and staff are extremely helpful.
