The room was clean and comfortable, the evening ambiance around the place was great. Very peaceful and relaxing. The staff at the restaurant and hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The location is easy to find and was 20 mins away from Murcia Central. The road networks from the hotel are ideal for travelling.
The Restaurant below is ample to save going out into town.

The hotel I had booked into was closed but I wasn’t told until I got there. I had booked a room with balcony and bath. No balcony at new hotel and bath plug didn’t fit so I couldn’t have a bath. Couldn’t regulate the air conditioning so had to open window to allow cool air in. Food mediocre, eg smoked salmon covered in oil which overpowered taste. I booked two massages which were fantastic!

Car parking a longish trek to hotel Levante. Room clean but mould around grout in bath. Lots of missing tiles at many of the pool areas. Was disappointed that the spa access included in the room rate did not include all access. Paid for a massage which felt rushed and not very good. Food quite good in the adjacent hotel.

You need to speak Spanish and walk long distances to the pools- massage and other restaurants. Not good for older travelers. Get a different address by calling them to use your navigation. Dinner restaurants don’t open till 830pm on the entire property.
There is nothing in the rooms to explain a rather complex property with many wonderful facilities.The food was very slow in the main hotel restaurant and the waiters couldn’t understand a request to pack my main courses for carry out after we waited an hour for our food( by that time it was 10 PM).

The Spa is probably the best in Europe in an immaculate setting. Ideal for a relaxing time, where you can switch off from the outside world. A selectionof places to eat at reasonable prices, with the Agua restaurant topping the list.

This is a great place for thermal pools c. 34/35c as well as spa treatments of all kinds. The mud & massage were brilliant.
We went in January so it was pretty quiet which was nice. Very few other tourists which we liked - mostly Spanish people having a winter break.
The bar, snack bar & restaurant were all good & it is set amidst palm & fruit trees .
It’s about 30 mins walk from Archena, & there is a bus . It’s about an hour’s drive to Alicante airport & 20-30 mins by car to Murcia but a world away from the tourist hubs of the Mar Menor or the Costa Brava.

The balneario is nice. It is a travel in time. Cures are ok but expensive. The pool is crowded and the spa is better but expensive as well. Check out for offers. Village nice with 2 miradores, nice park and restaurants.
The property is situated in a good location within Archena. It has secure underground parking where you can also safely store a bike (in a stand). The facilities within the apartment were decent for cooking and ideal for washing / drying clothes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good too. I would highly recommend and will return in the future.
The hotel was super clean, the lady and the gentleman at the reception, when we checked in on the 7/2/24 were professional and very pleasant. The room was comfortable with a lots of charm. The Restaurant del Agua, where we dined, was fabulous, delicious food, great service.
