The spar was poor hot tube was cold, the sauna didn’t have any water to make it warm up in there it was just like a wooden shed with broken wood inside the showers were broken very poor would not recommend this to anyone chose the best room in the hotel. Felt like a two star hotel

A beautiful place. On arrival we found Hotel Leon was closed and they directed us to Hotel Levante ( all on the same site ) which we felt was a superior hotel. The cost remained the same.

Comfortable and handy location for the thermal pools. The swimming pools and gymnasium looked good but we didn’t have time to use them sadly. The agent who we dealt with was very helpful during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

How comfy it was, its 24h accessibility, the courtesy of leaving a bottle of mineral water in the room, the fact I had to change my non refundable reservation and they did not mind, they were thoughtful and helpful, they gave us a discount for the Archena Spa

The hotel I had booked into was closed but I wasn’t told until I got there. I had booked a room with balcony and bath. No balcony at new hotel and bath plug didn’t fit so I couldn’t have a bath. Couldn’t regulate the air conditioning so had to open window to allow cool air in. Food mediocre, eg smoked salmon covered in oil which overpowered taste. I booked two massages which were fantastic!

Car parking a longish trek to hotel Levante. Room clean but mould around grout in bath. Lots of missing tiles at many of the pool areas. Was disappointed that the spa access included in the room rate did not include all access. Paid for a massage which felt rushed and not very good. Food quite good in the adjacent hotel.

You need to speak Spanish and walk long distances to the pools- massage and other restaurants. Not good for older travelers. Get a different address by calling them to use your navigation. Dinner restaurants don’t open till 830pm on the entire property.
There is nothing in the rooms to explain a rather complex property with many wonderful facilities.The food was very slow in the main hotel restaurant and the waiters couldn’t understand a request to pack my main courses for carry out after we waited an hour for our food( by that time it was 10 PM).

The Spa is probably the best in Europe in an immaculate setting. Ideal for a relaxing time, where you can switch off from the outside world. A selectionof places to eat at reasonable prices, with the Agua restaurant topping the list.

The property is situated in a good location within Archena. It has secure underground parking where you can also safely store a bike (in a stand). The facilities within the apartment were decent for cooking and ideal for washing / drying clothes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good too. I would highly recommend and will return in the future.
Lovely old hotel in beautiful surroundings. The heated pools were a real relaxing treat. Breakfast in the Comedor was splendid, and the Bar and Casino were excellent for light meals, very friendly staff.
The location was fine as we were visiting friends. All the staff we met at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and modern with plenty of power points.
