What an excellent place, the finca is surrounded by olive trees. Although basic, we had everything we needed in our cute little room. It's really calm there as well. I can easily imagine staying there for a longer period of time.

we were on bikes and they were very accommodating. room was small but we expected that and it worked for us. A/C worked well. the one staff person spoke no English but we managed really well and had a nice meal at dinner and excellent deserts. coffee and toast in am.
Offering rustic and elegant rooms with free WiFi, Hotel La Malvasía is set in La Aldea del Rocío, next to Doñana National Park. It has a terrace with garden and patio views.
The hosts welcomed us into their beautiful, cozy home on a fabulous property outside Almonte. Beautiful touches, lovely balcony to look over the expansive olive grove, even a pool which we did not use as we arrived late. Lots of farm animals. We were the only guests but plenty of space in the shared lounge and outdoors for many guests. Ceiling fan in the room and nice bedding with lots of space for luggage. Spanish breakfast (or full Irish) available for extra cost. With a car, you can also visit nearby El Rocío and Matalascañas beach.
- Perfect location, close to beaches and Sevilla, nice surroundings - we were very surprised about this area!
- A quit place, but also close to Almonte with bars/restaurants and good supermarkets
- Perfect host, who will do everything to let you feel 'at home' and gives you a lot of (practical) information about places to visit
