The area is lovely, clean and very well presented. We were there for the night of San Juan fiesta and noticed that there was no rubbish anywhere, hundreds of people enjoying themselves. The rubbish bins were full but people still placed their rubbish at the bin area. We went to the port and found a delightful restaurant called 'Marios' it was a lovely experience, friendly staff and tasty food. There are lots of bars to choose from.

The port is the main place to be, where restaurants and shops are. There is a big hotel with Golf and SPA nearby and the Mercadona super market (closed on Sundays).
For those who like the beach, sub and surf that's your spot.
It's a really cozy and welcoming corner of Andalusia, with a village vibe and the necessary amenities that anyone can ask for while on vacation.

Its a great location around the port, the beach is a short walk, all the restaurants are good round port with free tapas cooked to very high standard and presentation. There is golf nearby and supermarkets . Its very clean and the beaches are long and natural. You can also park near to the sand.

Brakfat was varied and the scrambled eggs ere perfect. We en ot he por for dinne each evening on the recommendation of a eraunt from frank in reception. The room was beautiful bed super king or larger was vey comfortabl and the electric controls for shutters lghths etc were luxurious. We had ayed at tahe golf Almerimar onve beore posilby 17 years ago and we will be back again hwn w hav a cpcial celecration -this rip was for my 80th birthday and we had a geat time, so thankyo to All he staff........................
The staff at reception were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was lovely, large, clean with plenty of hangers. Good shower. Our room looked over the pool, we even had two beautiful kestrel's keeping watch over their chick on the wall below us from our balcony, an amazing sight.
The pool is a great size. The breakfast is very good with so much to choose from.
Very friendly waiters.
I would definitely stay again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Lovely Appartment. Clean and spacious with all necessary facilities. Good communication from the owner (thanks Google translate!), especially given a clash with the Spanish National Day Holiday. In the heart of Almerimar. Pool was lovely!
